The Member of the Association having the title of Certified Inspector has earned the AIBQ's highest level. In addition to complying with the requirements at the Inspector level, he/she has a practical experience of at least 250 inspections, has undergone a more demanding verification of his/her inspection work and of his/her inspection report. The member also holds a National Certificate issued by the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI).
Members of the AIBQ having the title of certified inspector and inspector, at their accession to the AIBQ, to hold an insurance policy (errors and omissions) and to maintain this coverage or be subject to the suspension and revocation of all AIBQ membership privileges.
The candidate member has successfully passed the AIBQ's exams and he is in the process of obtaning the title of "Inspector". The practicing candidate member hold an insurance policy (errors and omissions) and need to maintain this coverage or be subject to the suspension and revocation of all AIBQ's membership privileges.
